Vega continues to assert its firm presence in the folder gluer industry with Rigel GT and Bellatrix machines

As 2025 unfolds, Vega continues to reinforce its legacy of experience, combining its proven solutions with new developments. The renowned Italian company remains focused on its flagship machines: Altair GT, Vega Altair ADF GT and Bellatrix, the latter taking center stage in an upcoming Open House event at Vega.

Bellatrix is a folder gluer machine designed for small to medium-sized blanks, handling dimensions of up to 110 cm. It is part of Vega’s diverse lineup for solid board processing, which also includes Rigel GT.

Rigel GT, on the other hand, is tailored for processing large-format blanks, producing a variety of box styles such as straight-line, crash-lock bottom and 4/6-corner boxes, with a maximum width of 170 cm. Like all Vega machines, Rigel GT is modular and highly customizable, featuring optional modules including MBA, creasing device, e-commerce module, pre-folding, 4/6-corner and high-speed configurations, small box device, and an ejector system.

Additionally, Rigel GT can be paired with Vega ADF GT double feeder, expanding its versatility to handle an even broader range of box types and it can be equipped with a wide range of technological devices. Among them the quality assurance system which can be connected to the ejector module, in order to avoid any flawed box.
